Example: Empathy Map
edumaps-
Traditional empathy maps are divided into 4 quadrants (Says, Thinks, Power and Feels) and one person in the middle.
Empathy maps help to better understand what is going on inside a person.
Empathy maps can be created with a team. Research data can serve as a basis. Any team member can add text boxes to any of the four quadrants.
