We have chosen to present you La fille du printemps by RNST. He created this street art en 2017 at Grenoble.

It was made for the Grenoble Street Art Fest on a car park. For this street art, he uses stencil.
It represents a young girl, wearing a pink bandana. In her hair, we are seeing 2 flowers, which symbolises the come bak of spring.
In the middle of the flowers, we can see skulls.
Then, we can see the sentence "Que se dressent les printemps révolutionaires". It refers to the arabe springs (contestations in a lot of countries of arabe world since december 2010).
In Tunisia, in 1987, Zine el-Abidine Ben Ali took power by force. He manipulated elections (he was re-elected president 4 times with over 90% of the vote). -
RNST was born in1972, it's a french street-artist. Since 1990, with his friend Bynik, they expresse engaged art.
