🎯 Setting & Tracking Goals
  • It’s fun to see how you keep improving. You can set little goals, for example:
    • Ride for 5 minutes without stopping
    • Start and brake independently
    • Ride through a small course
  • Write your progress in a notebook or draw a calendar. Each time you achieve a goal, you can stick a sticker or draw a picture. This motivates you and shows how much you’ve already learned. In the end, you can be proud and celebrate with your helpers.
  • Document your learning progress to stay motivated:
    • Make a little checklist for the steps.
    • Note each day what worked well or what you still want to practice.
    • Keep a learning diary with photos, short reports of success, and funny moments.
    • Set stage goals, e.g. ride 100 meters without stopping, master a turn, or cycle in light traffic.
  • With every practice day, you’ll get more confident!
