📘 Introduction: Healthy Lifestyle
  • A healthy lifestyle („gesunder Lebensstil“) plays an important role in the everyday life of teenagers. In this course, you will learn how to talk in German about nutrition, sleep, exercise, and mental health.
     
    You will expand your vocabulary for typical everyday situations: What do you eat for breakfast? How much sleep do you need? How do you stay fit? And how do you deal with stress?
     
    You will also practise expressing your own opinion and discussing healthy and unhealthy habits with others. The goal is to become more confident in speaking, writing, and understanding – while also taking something positive for your own well-being.
