The Game
-
“Tic-tac-toe” or “Three in a Row” is a classic, simple game for two people.
-
One player places a cross in the grid (“x”). The other player places a circle (“o”) in the grid.
-
Whoever forms a row first (3 identical characters next to each other, also diagonally) wins.
-
-
Games on three-in-a-row boards can be traced back to ancient Egypt (around 1300 BC), where such boards were found on roof tiles.
