4.6 Tutorial: Importing Tutory Worksheets and Collections

- ✔️ Tutory.de is a platform where you can create worksheets. You can also create collections of worksheets.

✔️ At Edumaps, you can import individual worksheets or entire collections with just one click.

At Tutory: Exporting a Single Worksheet

To export a worksheet, follow these steps:

- Open the Tutory website. Log in.
- Open a worksheet using the “Preview” button.
- Then you will find the “Edumaps Export” option under “Actions” in the top right corner.

Click on “Edumaps Export” and an export dialog with configuration options will appear:

Select what you need. Then copy the link or save the link.

At Edumaps: Importing a Single Worksheet

To import a single worksheet, open a map and enter edit mode.

Now click on the three dots next to the “New Box” button and a dropdown opens.

Click on "Tutory Worksheet", then a field for entering the Tutory link appears.

Enter the link copied from Tutory into the input field.

Our server now imports the Tutory worksheet according to your settings.

At Tutory: Exporting a Collection of Worksheets

Go to the Tutory website. Log in.

- Open a collection/package.
-
- Now, you will find the “Edumaps Export” button at the top right corner.

Click on “Edumaps Export” to open an export dialog with setting options:

Select what you need. Then, copy the link or save the link.

At Edumaps: Importing a Worksheet Collection

To import an entire worksheet collection from Tutory into Edumaps, click on “Create Map” in the main menu at the top and select “Import Map”.

The following dialog will then open:

Select “Tutory Collection”. A dialog with an input field will then open. Enter the Edumaps export link from Tutory there.

Confirm, and the Edumaps server will automatically import the entire collection of worksheets according to your settings.
