Copy external Columns (Part 1/3)

To copy an external column from another map, click on the three dots to the right of the "New Column" button. A dropdown will open. Select “Copy external column” there.

Clicking on it will bring up the following selection, from where you want to transfer the column:

So you can choose:

In fact, you can also copy a column from any other pages that list maps into your map.

Copy external Columns (Part 2/3)

When selecting the page, such as “My Maps”, you will be redirected to the respective page. There, a note appears indicating that you are now in copy mode.

Now open a map from the map list.

In the map view, you will recognize the active copy mode by the red and white crosses on the columns and by the small red banner "Copy Mode" at the top left.

Now click on a red-white cross, and the corresponding column will be automatically copied to your map. Complete with all included boxes.

You will now be automatically redirected back to your map.

Copy external Columns (Part 3/3)

If you no longer want to copy a column, you can click on the red banner “Copy Mode” at the top left. This will end the copy mode and you will return to your map.

Back on your map, you will now see the copied column with all boxes, which you can further edit if needed.
