  •
  • How to set up your account:
    1. Sign in with your username and password (or scan the QR code on your login pass).
    2. Open the "My Account" page - there you can see your school.
    3. Follow the prompt Set up account: choose an email and your own password.
    4. Confirm the link in the email you receive.
  • Your email address helps you reset your password yourself if you ever forget it.

✍️ Working on Maps and Handing In Material

  • A pinboard consists of columns with boxes. There are also timelines and stickerwalls with freely arranged boxes.
  •
  • What you can do on maps (if your teacher enables it):
    • Create your own boxes and write texts
    • Upload images, audio recordings, and files
    • Vote in polls and tick off checklists
    • Rate boxes if your teacher has enabled ratings
  • Handing in solutions:
  • Via a box's comments you hand in your solution directly - as text, image, audio, or file. Your teacher can set it so only they see your submission.
  • Uploads:
  • You will find all your uploads under "Upload Manager". You see new comments as a notification at the top right, which takes you to the "New activities" page.

🎉 Done - You Know Your Way Around!

  • That's all you need to get started.
  • Quick recap:
    • A link or QR code opens the map.
    • Boxes are your workspace.
    • Comments are where you hand things in.
  • By the way: only you can see your ticks in this course's checklists - each person has their own progress. Have fun with Edumaps!
