Can an empty SSO account be deleted?

That depends on the case.

If an empty SSO account was created by accident, the following should first be checked:

- Does it really belong to the same person?
- Should it be the future login account?
- Does content need to be transferred from an old account?

Merging is often better than deleting directly.
