Import Does Not Work
  • If the import does not work, first check:
    • Is the Padlet link correct?
    • Does Edumaps have access?
    • Has the Padlet been deleted or made private?
    • Was the correct role assigned?
    • Does the Padlet contain very large files?
    • For a padlet.org domain: Was the developer key entered correctly?
  • If the error remains, contact support with the link and a short description. In any case, send the exact error message as a screenshot.
