Import Does Not Work

If the import does not work, first check:

- Is the Padlet link correct?
- Does Edumaps have access?
- Has the Padlet been deleted or made private?
- Was the correct role assigned?
- Does the Padlet contain very large files?
- For a padlet.org domain: Was the developer key entered correctly?

If the error remains, contact support with the link and a short description. In any case, send the exact error message as a screenshot.
