If it is the map of another user, make sure you are in the map view and open the map menu there (not in edit mode). **Q: How do my colleagues receive a notification when something new is posted on the map?** To receive notifications about new boxes on a map, you can follow a map. To do this, click on the three dots at the top right in the map view and select “Follow Map” from the dropdown menu. You will now receive notifications directly on Edumaps via the yellow bell in the main menu. Additionally, our server checks once a day which users should be informed about new content and sends out an email notification. !#faq 📑 Table of Contents | -- {Follow Map}{!#follow} -- {Events for Notifications}{!#events} -- {Followed Maps}{!#followed} -- {Unfollow Map}{!#unfollow} -- {FAQ}{!#faq} Events for Notifications | > If you follow a map, you will receive a notification on Edumaps if new boxes are created or new boxes have appeared in the last 24 hours. > You will also receive an email once a day. Here, ideas can be collected, tasks can be worked on, or brainstorming sessions can be held. ✔️ You can also create breakout rooms by creating a separate team text document for each group and distributing them accordingly. ✔️ Collaborative cooperation (including chat) is thus made incredibly easy. ✔️ Team text is based on {Etherpad}{https://github.com/ether/etherpad-lite}. You can find team text on the server: https://team.edumaps.de/ FAQ | **Q: How to share a Teamtext document with read-only permissions?** A Teamtext can be shared with read-only access by clicking on the share button and activating “Read only”. You will then be shown a new link. Copy this link and distribute it or post the link to your map. **Q: How can you export a Teamtext as a PDF?** Open the Teamtext document in your browser. Then select “Print” in your browser menu and then select the browser-built-in PDF printer. The keyboard shortcut for this is: Ctrl + P **Q: When reloading Teamtext (Etherpad) in the background, the JAWS screen reader jumps to the beginning and reads with a slight delay?** Unfortunately, we have no direct control over Etherpad, as this open-source software is developed by others. You can report such issues directly to the developers {here}{https://github.com/ether/etherpad-lite/issues}. !#faq
