You can distribute the same map to the group again at a later time.

This creates new copies. Existing copies are not overwritten and not updated.

A new folder containing the copies is created as well.

Tip: Adjust the map title before distributing again (e.g. "Weekly Plan Week 34" instead of just "Weekly Plan") so the recipients can tell their copies apart.
