One map per trip, shared with all families as a link (read access, comments allowed). The organizing team has editing rights.

- Confirmations, bookings and driver sign-ups happen as comments under the marked boxes
- The Live Info box is the only place for short-term changes, so families only need to check one spot
- Boxes that are not needed (e.g. Flights for a bus trip) can simply be deleted

Data protection: only the organizer's collection account belongs in this map. Never enter families' bank details, medical information or dates of birth. Medical notes go directly to the coaching team.
