📦 Renting Out Devices, Rooms, and Media
- With the rental system every box gets a reservation calendar - for device lending, room booking, or media kits.

How to enable rentals:

- Box settings, Calendar and bookings, then Rental system.
- Choose the calendar view: month for day-based, week or day for hour-based booking.
- As a special feature for schools there is the school periods mode instead of clock times.
- Optionally set blocked days after each rental, e.g. for device checks.

For everyday lending:

- Only you as the lender see the borrowers' names; others just see "booked".
- The All rental items page shows all devices and reservations in one timeline; there you can also enter dates yourself or book on behalf of others.
- For each reservation you can print a rental slip with your letterhead and sign it.
- With bulk booking (map extras), users book several devices at once.
