👩🏫 Teachers edit, students read
  • Colleagues should edit, students should only read, anonymous visitors should have no access.
  • Solution: Two links
  • 1. Link for teachers (editing):
    1. Open the map sharing dialog.
    2. Select “Edit Map” and activate “Access only for registered users”.
    3. Copy the link and share it with your colleagues.
  • 2. Link for students (reading):
    1. Open the map sharing dialog again.
    2. Select “Read Map”. Activate the registration requirement only if students should be logged in.
    3. Copy the link and share it with your students.
  • Both links work at the same time and permanently.
