ℹ️ Publish, Protect, Share – What is what?

  • Three terms appear in every sharing workflow on Edumaps:
    • Share grants specific access: via link, to a class or group, or to individual users.
    • Publish determines where a map or folder is visibly offered, for example on the page My School or on your public profile.
    • Protect limits who is allowed to open a map or folder, for example with a password or only for members of your school.
  • Share or distribute?
