Solution:

- Open the folder and click the blue share icon.
- Select “Share with Group” or “Share with User”.
- Select the class or group, or enter the email or username of a registered user.
- Choose the access right (Read or Edit) and confirm.
- Recipients find the folder under My Folders as an external folder and get a notification.
