👥 Distributing to Classes and the Whole School

Instead of sending links one by one, distribute maps directly to your learning groups:

Sharing with a group or class:

- Click the blue share button, then Share map to class.
- Pick the group in the dropdown and set access to Read map or Edit map.
- Recipients find the map on their Received page.

So group 1 can edit and group 2 can only read - simply share twice with different groups and different rights.

For all staff and all students:
- In the map settings under Publish, choose My School (read). The map then appears for everyone on the My School page - without distributing any link.
