🛒 Sales Module and PayPal

In addition to booking there is the sales module: boxes become orderable products - for learning materials, tickets, school merchandise, or meal orders.

How to enable sales:

- Enable it under Calendar and bookings, option Sales.
- Optionally set a quantity and a price.
- Buyer lists work like participant lists, including CSV export.

Payments via PayPal:

- For courses and products you can set a price that is paid directly via PayPal.
- You see incoming payments on the Received payments page.
- You store your PayPal address under My Account.
