You want to withdraw or change access you granted earlier.

Map links: Open the map sharing dialog, click the three dots and select “Regenerate links”. ⚠️ All existing map links become invalid immediately, for everyone.

Group or user sharing: Share again with the same group or user and set the new right (e.g. “Read Map”). The new setting overwrites the old one.

Column links: Click “Share Columns”, then the pencil icon on the link to change rights, or the red cross to delete the link.

Edit first, then read: Deactivate “Read link allows editing” in the map sharing dialog. See Edit first, then read only.

Publish: In the map or folder settings under “Publish”, deactivate “My School” or “Public Release” and save.
