Password for a map: Open the map settings under “Protect” and enter a map password. Alternatively click the three dots in the map sharing dialog and select “Set Map Password”.

Only my school (map): In the map sharing dialog click the three dots and select “Access only my school”, or activate “Access only for registered users of my school” in the map settings under “Protect”.

Folder: In the folder settings under “Protect” you find the same two options: password and “Access only for registered users of my school”.

Login required: In every link dialog you can require that visitors are registered with Edumaps. Then nobody works as “Anonymous”.
