The organisation license combines all premium features of Edumaps with central user management for your team.

Who the organisation license is for
Public institutions
Libraries, museums, adult education centres and municipal institutions provide material and offers as maps. Each event or group gets its own pinboard, which visitors open by link or QR code.
Teacher training seminars
In the training of trainee teachers, seminar material, lesson plans and feedback are kept on shared maps. The trainee teachers work in their groups and find everything in one place.
Professional development
Training providers and speakers collect course material, tasks and the participants’ results in one map. The map remains available after the event and can be used further.
Educational projects
Projects, initiatives and networks work on shared pinboards across locations. You share results publicly, protected or only with specific users.
Associations
Sports, music and youth clubs provide exercises, schedules and information for their members. Coaches and parent groups get their own pinboards.
The organisation license
The organisation license is available in the sizes S, M and L, depending on the number of user accounts. An admin account of your organisation creates and manages the user accounts itself.
Student accounts are not included in the organisation license. For schools with student accounts there is Edumaps for Schools.
Data protection and operation

Edumaps is designed for use in education. Operation is carried out with hosting in Germany, personal data is processed in compliance with the GDPR, and a DPA for commissioned processing can be provided.
When Edumaps is opened, the browser connects exclusively to Edumaps servers: no tracking services, no external fonts, no third-party scripts. This can be checked in any browser with the developer tools (“Network” tab).
Your organisation retains control over users, roles, permissions and content. Maps can be shared publicly, protected, internally or only with specific users.
