The first work was created by Eduardo Kobra. Eduardo Kobra was born in 1976 in a suburb of Sao Paulo. He's a brazilian artist and is currently 48 years old. This work is located in New York. This work expresses the mad love between two people, it's very colourful. We can see two people, perhaps a couple, embracing and kissing. It shows us love and attachment.

street art by Banksy who called "one nation under cctv". This paint has been in 2008 in London then deleted a year later because it juges racist. This work was erased by mistake because the Town Hall did not know that it had been painted by the famous.

The artist is a famous french artist who paint on objects in the street, like skateboard ramps or lights. He start painting in 1999 with engaged messages. There is a very few of informations about Goin, so he is a bit anonymous.

This painting was made in 2019 in Grenoble, on the Street art festival. It was made by stencil. "Marianne au rouleau" represents the symbol of liberty in France, Marianne, with a brush and a paint bucket. She is showing the brush (like the flag in the original painting "la liberté guidant le peuple", where Marianne was represented for the first time). There is the three french flag colours : blue, white and red.

I think this painting represents freedom of art, there is no limits with paintings : artists can paint everything.

I like it because in my opinion it represents freedom of art, there is a huge message with this picture.

 

Combo is a french artist born in 1987 from a catholic father and a musulman mother. He made his first painting in 2013.

This painting was made on March 2015 in Paris.It was spray painting. There is the painter and the word "coexist", with symbols of differents religions.

It shows a beautiful message, that all religions are "friends" and can coexist. It was made because Combo was bitten by four young men because of his religion.

I like it because it shows religions can "coexist". I think it is a beautiful message.

I chose this because it's symbolic and popular. I also chose it because I love books of Victor Hugo. It's a work of art very historic. I think it's a very beautiful message of Banksy.

It's a girl with balloons instead of hair. I love it because it's colorful. It's in the recess of the school Léon-Maurice Nordlann in the thirteenth districts.

Don't have any informations about the artist about this street art but it's possible be it Banksy because he is really famous in the world.
If he is this artist, I find he is mysterious so it's so interesting to analyze your street art. Next he begginning really early (1990) so he's probably got some old-fashioned methods.

This is a street art was painted by an unknown artist called Banksy. "The rat in Paris" was painted in 2009 in Paris with a stencil, before beeing spray-painted. It shows a rat flyiing on a bottleneck of a bottle of champagne served in a cup full of ice squares. I suppose that banksy what to show us that there are many rats in paris but we cannot ignore them. I really enjoy this spray painted street art because it add value to rats who are discriminated and ignored in the street of Paris. it shows that they are capable to do big things.

"Mario Mushroom"was painted in 2013 but i don't now where it was created.This street art was created with a stencil, before beiing spray-painted. Oe one side there is a policeman all black and on the other side mario is full of colors. I love the contrast between the colorfull side of mario and the black and white side of the policeman because it shows that beeing in the police is sometimes boring and uniterresting but that at some point ther is some funny and weird moments. I my point of view it shows tath policemans can sometimes be ignored, discounted but that their job brings order in the ciy.

I take this photo because I think it is a tribute to the Ukrainians with the war between Ukraine and Russia.

In the river, Banksy add in two shopping carts and an orange traffic cone half submerged into the water. The dimension of this paiting are 143.1 cm x 143.4 cm. It is located in private only and subjects are consumerism and pollution.

This piece of art show us a little girl hugging a bomb, may be a iraquian bomb because Bansky made this street art agaiunst the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Pejac « World Is Going Down The Drain » Paris.

I chose this street artwork because heare more and more that we don't have drinkable water anymore and that we have to spend it wisely and not to waste it.

This artwork touches me personally because I lived there ( not in Berlin but in Germany) and you can easely make the difference between west and east people. So for me this has a very symbolic meaning.

I choose this work because Banksy is one of my favourite artist.

2 street art I picked :

here is a fresco aimed at criticizing “facebook” policy and its abominable race for “likes”. It is true that everyone, almost all generations combined, knows the “thumbs up” to validate, agree, like content or media.

I chose this work because social networks are current topics and it is important to know the dangers they represent

Located right next to Lonac's "Medika Diving", his and Chez186's "Technicolor Dream" from 2016 is another amazing eyecatcher that took them about 4-5 days to paint. It was a spontaneous idea and the subject was chosen randomly, resulting in a portrait by Lonac peacefully sleeping surrounded by Chez186's abstract and colorful structures.

I chose this work because poverty is a subject that interests me and I think that thanks to this type of work we can succeed in overcoming poverty

It’s a red heart that represents a balloon flying away.

Little girl in black and white

The girl appears to be small and is wearing a dress. Just by looking at the graffiti you can think that the girl is letting go of the balloon or that she’s trying to catch it. As her hair is flying, we can assume that it represents that it is windy.

Explaination of the location and a short description of the artists:
These urinals are located in many streets in Barcelona city. The artist is called Joan Juncosa, and he had previously reinvented the historical hidraulic paviment of Barcelona, turning them into a piece of art.

This piece of art are made of mache paper of blue and pink, they are two urinals in a wall and they have post which it says out of order, two of them have a Qr code to scan.

My God, Help Me to Survive This Deadly Love ,sometimes referred to as the Fraternal Kiss, is a graffiti painting by Dmitri Vrubel on the eastern side Berlin wall. Painted in 1990, it has become one of the best known pieces of Berlin wall graffiti art. The painting depicts Leonid Brezhnev and Erich Honecker in a socialist fraternal kiss, reproducing a photograph taken in 1979 during the 30th anniversary celebration of the foundation of the German Democratic Republic.

We thought that a traditional chinese dragon could be great in this place because the wall is old and the dragon is an old tradition too so it match very well.

De plus, habituellement, les femmes se marient vers 27 ans et les hommes vers 29 ans. Ce qui est tard comparé aux autres pays. Ensuite, généralement, les couples ont environ 2 enfants. Et la plupart des familles ont des animaux de compagnie.
La clim, presque de partout aux Etats-Unis, est peu répandue en France. Ensuite, il est plus facile de se procurer des médicaments en France. Par exemple l’homéopathie n’est pas très accessible aux Etats-Unis.
Enfin, en France il est très important pour les profs d’avoir une autorité sur les élèves et de se faire respecter. Les élèves vouvoient leurs professeurs et se lèvent lorsqu’un professeur rentre dans la salle sous pein de sanctions.
Le 6 janvier, en France, nous mangeons ce que l’on appelle la galette des rois. C’est une tradition chrétienne pour fêter l’épiphanie. C’est 12 jours après la naissance de Jesus Christ.
Il y a aussi, le 2 février la chandeleur. Lors de la chandeleur, nous mangeons des crêpes et pour porter bonheur, il faut tenir une pièce de 2 euros. C’est une fête religieuse. Les fêtes nationales espagnoles et Françaises ne sont pas les mêmes. 14 juillet pour la France, 12 octobre pour l’Espagne, 11 septembre pour la Catalogne, 4 juillet pour les Etats-Unis.
En France il est aussi très courant de faire l’apéro avant le repas. On boit du pastis et on mange du saucisson.

We decided to chose this work of art because we love the style of this work for exemple the colors black annd white ,the posture,the way that the man is going to throw the flower.

The Flower Thrower, Flower Bomber, Rage, or Love is in the Air is a 2003 stencil mural in Beit Sahour in the West Bank by the graffiti artist Banksy, depicting a masked man throwing a bunch of flowers. It is considered one of Banksy's most iconic works; the image has been widely replicated.

I chose this work because it perfectly represents pollution, and intensive hunting, indeed, we can see a whale with apparent bones in the middle of the body, it can show that whales survive on this land because they are much hunted and exploited to feed . The work is called an interplanetary journey, The feelings I have when I see this image are sadness and pity.

I choosed this wall because it has a historic meaning and it's very colorful too. There are a lot of important details like different faces, symbols... The people who are began are Kevin Hasson, Tom and William Kelly next many people continued to paint on the wall after them. There are colorful face, the irish flag but there are also dark moments of the irish life like the war.

 

 

D'une manière générale, pour la plupart des Français, la famille est très importante, mais la majorite des personnes n'habitent pas a cote de leur famille.. Souvent les francais qui sont nés dans une grande ville y restent et ont donc toute leur famille sur place ce qui le permet de passer beaucoup de temps avec eux. Pour garder un lien les francais se reunissent lors de jours important pour etre ensemble comme à Noel, Paques... Toutes ces traditions permettent de ne pas se perdre de vue malgré la distance. Les francais considèrent aussi leurs amis comme des personnes de leur famille surtout quand celle-ci n'habite pas dans la même ville.

Grèce : les français sont impulsifs (grèves).

Espagne : les français portent des bérets,tee shirt à rayures et une baguette sous le bras.

Angleterre : quand les français se croisent en ville ils cries " putain ca fait longtemps" alors qu'en Angleterre ça n'arrive jamais.

STREET ART IN LYON

 

Lyon, nicknamed as the French city by the great murales, is home to a big manifestation of street art.

With more than 150 artistic representations strolling through the magnificent neighborhood of this city is like visiting a museum.

In this city you can admire one of the biggest murales of Europe, “Mur des Canut '' painted with bright colors, which was realized in 1987 and updated in the next decade, represents daily life.

The creators of these wonderful works are the street artists who exploit the boring walls of the houses, the holes in the road and the most interesting architectural elements of the city.

Among them stand out Ememem, a well-known street artist of Lyon who works in anonymity on the French streets.

With a technique, the mosaicism, that using colored tiles can turn every street hole, drain or crack in a fantastic canva.

To make France an artistically alive nation is not only the street art however.

Located in the south of the nation “Pont du Gard” is a roman bridge that is part of an aqueduct that crosses the river Gardon.

Nature still remains the best artist, "Pont d'Arc" is proof of this, a natural arc also located in the south of France.

Barcelona has been considered the graffiti capital of the new world for many years tank to the large number of talented artists who have chosen its streets to express thei art.

 

Unfortunately, in the past the perception of graffiti was negative and the police forced this type of art to disappear.

Today, however society has started to see street art differently: there are in fact many Catalan association that promote and defend it such as Rebobinart, Bombcelona and Murs Lliures.

A street artist of VERONA not very famous is Pier Paolo Spinazzè, alias Cibo. He became famous for his art, which he himself defines "public art". His name is food because he buys swastikas and hate phrases with food drawings.

Originally the VENETIAN bridges were built of wood and without steps to allow the passage on the bridges of horses, then used as a means of transport.

Later the bridges began to be built with arches, stone and brick, with steps. Now in Venice you can count 417 bridges. Of these 300 bridges are built in stone, 60 in iron and 57 in wood.

We choose this wall because it has a beautiful view and It is longer. When we are on this wall we can see the top of the mountains.

We choose this bridge because it is very beautiful and ingenious. The bridge is very futuristic with is colors and leds.

We have chosen the Belfast wall because it separate Belfast's neibourhoods : the catholic one and the prostestant one. We have chosen Bansky to decorate it because he made street arts about peace.

We choose the wall that separates Mexico and the USA. This wall was built in 1994 by Bill Clinton and measures 1123km. We chose this wall because is the one that we listen the most on the news. And we think that is one of the most importants.

Keith Haring was an American painter from Pennsylvania. He is dead on 1990.

We chose these murals because it's very colorful and we like pop art style. The second picture is a message of peace like "love each other".

We chose this street art because it shows us the impact of it and it obliges us to talk and to think about it and a little child is he representation of hope and ignorance and it's just because he is curious that he look behind the wall(he see a world that he didn't know about).

Bridge la Porta d'Europa

We chose this bridge because some of us are from Barcelona, and because it is pretty. It also allows to trade, so to open to the world. Lastly, it has many places for a street artist to put its art on.

If we can connect Villafranca and Romans with a magical bridge, it would be La Porta d'Europa, because it is open to the world, like the connexion of Villafranca and Romans.

We chose the song "Imagine" by John Lennon, because it represents peace and this is exactly what we are trying to show.

we chose this bridge because it has an incomparable symbolic significance in the history of China. Its purpose was to protect the country from external aggression, but it also preserved its culture against the customs of foreign barbarians.

The construction of the Great Wall was seen by certain Chinese dynasties as an effective response to the various problems linked to the conflicts existing between them and the various nomadic peoples.

We chose it beacuse it's one of the most importants and it's the one that we liked most.

We chose this artwork because there's so much things and it requires attention because if not you cannot see well what it is and also because stetically we like it, also there's fishes with what seem to be a rope in between them expressing the pollution on the sea.

The other artist is Portuguese Pantónio, and at 66 metres high and 15 metres wide, his 'Tourbillon de sardines' is currently the tallest fresco in Europe. It is located very close to its sister, on the Siena Tower, in the same Piazza Veneto.

We chose this artist because he paints a lot about democraty and values, we chose to put it on this wall who is in Turkey bescause more democraty and equality is needed in this Country.

We decided to choose this wall and this artist because Frida Kahlo lived in Mexico and in U.S.A.

We chose her work because it shows two sides . One side is the U.S.A with the modern technology with his lack of humanity and on the other side there is Mexico, where it shows how culturally rich they are compared to the U.S.A. This is very representative because it explains the ideological border instead of the physical one.

We chose this wall because it represents the conflict between Mexico and the USA, it's the border between the two countries.

We chose this masterpiece because there is Frida Khalo, who is from Mexico, but she lived in the USA, so she has a part of her in the two countries. She always been shared between both.

We chose this bridges because they look alike, so they create a link among the Spain and the France. Tarragona is close to Villafranca and the Gard Bridge is near to Romans.

 

 

 

 

Between the USA and Mexico there is a big wall. It is in the United States territory and it was built to avoid the illegal immigration from mexico to the United states on the fifth january 2021. it's about 727 km.
We have chosen this wall because it is very famous, long and big. It is very important for the USA history.

We think with Joan Miró's painting, this wall will be more cheerful because these paintings are extremelly colorfull.

we have chosen the bridge to connect Vilafraca between Romans because you can walk and drive through and it is very pactical.

Cette video nous parle des meilleurs plats français, elle nous donne des conseils sur quoi manger et comment s'y prendre si nous allons en france et nottament a Paris,la capitale, cette vidéo est centrée sur la ville de Paris, mais en France chaque region a ses propres plats spécifiques. Dans notre region par exemple,a savoir l'Auvergne-Rhone Alpes nous avons : les ravioles,la pogne ,le gratin dauphinois...ce sont les plus connus,et les meilleurs a mon gout.

Pour la villes de Paris ou la France en général, nous avons comme exemple de plats typiques a gouter : escargots,soupe a l'onion, croque monsieur,quiche lorraine,croissant,pain au chocolat,baguette,fromage,tartes (tarte tatin,tarte au citron,...),crepes,steak haché,vin (rouge,blanc...),foie gras,omelette,cuisses de grenouilles.Personnelement j'ai deja gouté a tous ses plats et a part les escargots et les cuisses de grenouilles ils me plaisent tous.

 

 

On nous parle également du fait que si nous voulons gouter tout ces plats,nous devons pour la pluspart d'entre eux nous rendre dans un restaurant,il nous est donc conseillé de s'y prendre un petit peu a l'avance et de résérver,je trouve que c'est vraiment un conseil a prende en compte parce que personnelement,il m'est souvent arivé de vouloir manger quelque part dans un beau restaurant et de ne pas pouvoir finalement car je n'ai pas reservé et qu'il n'y avait pas de place.

 

 

Sinon, bien sur nous avons également la possibilité de manger dans un snack rapide (paninis,sandwich,hot dogs...) ou dans un fast food comme Quick par exemple.C'est d'ailleurs souvent mon cas,car c'est plus rapide et plus simple.

Les autres pays ont des stéréotypes sur les français. Quelques espagnoles pensent que les français portent un t-shirt à rayures, un beret et une baguette.

Les autres personnes pensent que les français sentent mauvais. Ils pensent que les français courent tout le temps, que les caissiers sont amicaux avec leurs clients et qu'ils parlent beaucoup avec eux. Les français sont franches, ils disent tout ce qu'ils pensent et je pense que c'est plutôt vrai mais c'est souvent un défaut. Ils parlent de vin et d'art tout le temps car ils ont beaucoup d'art. Cependant, les musées sont surtout remplis de touristes.

Les français sont plus romantiques que les autres. C'est un cliché car tout le monde n'est pas romantique en France ou à Paris.

Ils sont fiers de leur pays, ils ont le meilleur pain,vin, fromage mais en tant que française, je pense que les autres pays peuvent avoir un meilleur fromage, ect. Mais, on s'aperçoit que les stéréotypes ne sont pas la vérité.

Le sport le plus connu à l'international et le plus populaire en France est le football, connu à l'étranger comme « soccer » et non « football » puisque ce terme désigne pour les autres pays le football américain. Les meilleures équipes jouent dans la ligue 1 et il y a des équipes dans toute la France, qui ont beaucoup de rivalités entre elles, par exemple l'olympique de Marseille (OM) et le Paris Saint-Germain (PSG). L’événement le plus important dans ce sport est la coupe du monde, qui se déroule tous les quatre ans, remportée deux fois par les français.

 

De même, le tennis a une place importante en France, puisqu'il naît avant la révolution française sous le nom de « jeu de paume », puisqu'il est joué avec la main. Ce jeu évolue en 1505l lorsque la raquette est créée. Il est tellement populaire en France qu'il est surnommé le « roi des jeux ». Les plus grands matchs se déroulent sur le fameux terrain en terre battue, durant le Roland-Garros à Paris chaque année.

 

 

De plus le rugby est un sport assez violent, important à l'international. Ce sport se joue majoritairement à quinze. Le but de ce jeu est d'amener une balle ovale dans la ligne du terrain adverse. On appelle cela un essai. Six pays s'affrontent durant le tournoi des six nations : la France, l'Italie, l'Angleterre, l'Irlande, l’Écosse et le pays de Galle. Le dernier tournoi s'est déroulé en France.

 

 

Un autre événement populaire est le tour de France, où des cyclistes du monde entier s'affrontent dans une course dans toute la France, ou encore les courses de voitures.

Enfin, l’événement sportif le plus regardé à l'étranger est les jeux Olympiques d'été. Ces jeux ont été créés par les grecs durant l'Antiquité mais remis au bout du jour par Pierre de Coubertin, un français, avec la création du CIO (comité olympique international).

 

Malgré ses sports connus à l'international, la France a aussi ses sports régionaux, comme la pétanque, pratiquée surtout dans le sud de la France, où le but est de rapprocher le plus possibles ses boules (en métal) du cochonnet (en liège).

La France excelle aussi en équitation, durant les courses hippiques d'obstacles ou de longueur.

Enfin la France et la Vendée plus particulièrement participent à la Vendée globe, une course en bateau à voile autour du monde.

 

La France accueille donc de nombreux sports populaires à l'étranger, parfois créés par des français, mais a aussi des sports moins connus qui font son charme.

En France, nous avons la chance d’avoir parmis nous différents talents dans plusieurs domaines tels que le sport, la musique, le cinéma ou encore dans la peinture.
Premièrement, parmis les plus riches célébrités francaises il y a Gérard Depardieu . Il est naît le 27 décembre 1948 à Châteauroux. A 74 ans il est l’acteur le plus riche de France avec une fortune estimée à 130 milions d’euros. Il pratique différentes activités dans le milieu du cinéma par exemple, acteur, producteur de télévision, chanteur et enfin comédien. Il est aussi connu dans le milieu des affaires.
Durant son enfance, Gérard Depardieu a grandi dans la misère dans un deux-pièces au 39 rue du Maréchal-Joffre, à Châteauroux, dans une famille de prolétaire au milieu de cinq frères et sœurs.
Parmis les films dans lesquels il a tourné, il y a Cyrano de Bergerac.

 

Ensuite, je vais vous parler d’une célèbre actrice française, nommée Marion Cotillard. Elle est née le 30 septembre 1975, à Paris. C’est une grande actrice, connue pour avoir joué dans le film « La vie en rose » qui retrace la vie de Edith Piaf. Marion Cotillard a grandi dans une famille d’artiste isolée entre ses deux frères jumeaux.

 

Si on vous demande a qui vous pensez quand on parle de DJ français connu, la réponse est sans attente David Guetta.
Celui-ci est né le 16 novembre 1967 à Paris. Il a débuté sa carrière en tant nque disc jockey dans les boites de nuits parisiennes et parallèlement étudie a l’université d’administration et de science économique et sociale a Paris.
Il a sacrifié toute sa vie à la musique et continue de la faire encore aujourd’hui en faisant vibrer le monde entier à travers ses compositions artistiques.

 

Je continu les riches célébrités françaises avec un fameux joueur de basket, qui est Tony Parker. Tony est né le 17 mai 1982 à Bruges en Belgique. Avec ses 1,86 mètres, il a remporté 4 titres de champion NBA au poste de meneur. Cette passion pour le basket a été transmise par son père qui lui-même était joueur de basket américain. Il se fait connaître aux Etats-Unis en 2000.

D'une manière générale, pour la plupart des Français, la famille est très importante, mais la majorite des personnes n'habitent pas a cote de leur famille.. Souvent les francais qui sont nés dans une grande ville y restent et ont donc toute leur famille sur place ce qui le permet de passer beaucoup de temps avec eux. Pour garder un lien les francais se reunissent lors de jours important pour etre ensemble comme à Noel, Paques... Toutes ces traditions permettent de ne pas se perdre de vue malgré la distance. Les francais considèrent aussi leurs amis comme des personnes de leur famille surtout quand celle-ci n'habite pas dans la même ville.

Les francais vus pas cinq européens :
Grèce : les français sont impulsifs (grèves).
Espagne : les français portent des bérets,tee shirt à rayures et une baguette sous le bras.

We have chosen to present you La fille du printemps by RNST. He created this street art en 2017 at Grenoble.

It was made for the Grenoble Street Art Fest on a car park. For this street art, he uses stencil.
It represents a young girl, wearing a pink bandana. In her hair, we are seeing 2 flowers, which symbolises the come bak of spring.
In the middle of the flowers, we can see skulls.
Then, we can see the sentence "Que se dressent les printemps révolutionaires". It refers to the arabe springs (contestations in a lot of countries of arabe world since december 2010).
In Tunisia, in 1987, Zine el-Abidine Ben Ali took power by force. He manipulated elections (he was re-elected president 4 times with over 90% of the vote).

RNST was born in1972, it's a french street-artist. Since 1990, with his friend Bynik, they expresse engaged art.

We decided to choose the street art called "La fille du printemps" by RNST.

It was made for the Grenoble Street Art Fest of 2017, on a parking wall.

It represents a teenage girl, wearing a pink mask and a khaki sweater. Her hair is gathered into two pigtails, and she wears flowers with skulls instead of anthers in her hair. She's looking at us with a mean look.

Next to her, there is a sentence which says "Que se dressent les printemps révolutionaires". It refers to the teenage years, when we want to try new things, to challenge parental authority and to break the rules.

The girl is wearing a mask due to the fact that the artist RNST didn't protect himself when he used the spray paint cans, which are very toxic. Now, he is suffering from nose cancer, and draws all of his characters with masks.

 

This street art piece done by the 28 years old french-libanais artist Combo represents the reivindication of many people around the world against the racial attacks that caused the death of George Floyd and many other people.

In the mural, we can see 2 people that we supose they are in a manifestation dressed with t-shirts with reivindicative messages:

We supose that the intention of the artist in this piece of art is to suport this social movement, Black Lives Matter.

Black Lives Matter is a social movement that started during the last few years in 2013 and it was made to denunciate the death of many black people that were killed because of their skin colour.

 

 

This artwork is by Jean Marc Rochette (France) and it's called "32 bilan provisoire" at Rue François Raoult and it's located on the Victor Hugo carpark.

In this image you can see exactly 41 eyes with what looks to be the retina behind the eye, there's a yellow painted backround which is there to represent the "gillets jaunes" protesting against the president, Emanuel Macron and the police.

During those demonstration some people got their eyes injured , and a part of them lost the ability to see. during this period the political situation in France was complicated.

Now the artist came back to paint other demonstration that come in 2023, and to commemorate the eyes that people lost during their protest.

This street art work, which is named "Donald Trump en slip", is located in Grenoble and it was painted in the sixth edition of the Street Art Festival of Grenoble, on the 25th of June 2020.
The artist is called Beast, he is Italian and lives in Milan. He keeps his identity anonymous. Through his works of art, Beast wants to express the social and economic problems in our society. He often puts polititians in a montage for ridicule them.
In this work we can observe Donald Trump breaking the ice with a jumping stick. He is only wearing his underwear and he is a bit fat. The background is white.
Beast wants to make us aware that Donald Trump doesn't care about climate change and here it is represented as if he was breaking the ice of the poles.

 

 

C'est une œuvre de l'artiste dijonnais RNST qui retient tout d'abord l'attention, grâce à cet univers engagé qui met en avant les populations les plus défavorisées ou opprimées avec la représentation d'enfants masqués.
La phrase "Que surgissent les printemps révolutionnaires" nous renvoie au printemps arabe, mais aussi à la révolution des œillets au Portugal... et bien sûr aux mouvements français qui se rapprochent de plus en plus face à des gouvernements déshumanisés !

History:
George Floyd was killed by a police officer, on may
25th a police officer arrested Mr.Floyd, a convience store employee called 911, he sais that Mr.Floyd payed with a conterfeith 20$ bill.
The video shows officers taking a series of actions that violated the policies of the Minneapolis Police Department and turned fatal, leaving Mr. Floyd unable to breathe, even as he and onlookers called out for help.

This art denouce rasism and police officers violences. the two guys are manifesting, we can see their maks, also their shirts denouce what they endured in reference of George Floyd death.
We chose this art piece bacause it is a strong message and it's important to remind us that every lives matters.

 

 

Introduction: This street art is called ladys refugees, by the artist Goin. It is located in the Grenoble Street Art Festival. The date of this pinture is 6 juin the 2017.

Peter Goin was born on 1951, currently has 72 years old; He is an a American photograf that becames a street art desing at 1999, that he does her fisrt street art draw.

In this piece of street art we can see a lady that seems a little bit sad. She is wearing an orange life jacket and she is holding on her hands a white pigeon that represents peace. On her head, she has a crown with barbed wire. With this crown the artist wants to imitate the starts of the European Union flag.

This piece of street art says a message. It shows the reality of the world and the situation of immigrants who cross the Mediterranean to escape the war. This street art also shows how peoples treat them.
We chose this piece because her message is really important, and she is really well painted.

Street art has a double symbol of freedom : the Mariane and the dove. The barbed wire and the lifejacket represent the obstacle to the freedom of movement experienced by the refugees.
The artist Goin shows the state of mind of a generation angry and disillusioned by inequalities.
Other artists such as RNST produce works of street art denouncing mistreatment of refugees

This street art is named “Let’s take a walk in democrathie” by Dav. It was made in 2018 for the festival, in Grenoble.
Dav is 38 and was born in Lyon. He started doing street art at 20 years old and was using stencil and plaster casting at first. He drew pills to show that the society is sick. He then started drawing with other methods. He wants to show people how some events are severe by drawing shocking revelations, like this street art, where these characters from the book “the wizard of Oz” are forced to stay on the golden road.

 

 

This represents a famous scene of the Wizard of Oz, we can see in the middle the principal characters : Dorothy, the scarecrow, the cowardly lion, and the tin woodman. They are walking in a golden road.
On the left and right we can spot policemen, they are blocking their way.
This is totally in black and white except the golden road.

We have chosen this art piece because this topic is a really important one that everyone knows about and we also wanted to show how it explains the idea of showing the political world related to the democratic political party.
On the other hand, the sentence “let’s take a walk “ which is the title is an invitation to see the political problems there are in democracy.

This art piece wants to show that politics and art are somehow related to each other and it can be a way to make people think. In addition, it also shows that art is a way of expressing ourselves and our ideas.
